COMMON QUESTIONS

A little clarity
before we begin.

Is Attune EAM the same as HxGN EAM?+

Octave identifies Attune EAM as the product formerly named HxGN EAM. Existing environments should be reviewed for version, licensing, and deployment details when planning changes.

Can we start with an existing EAM system?+

Yes. An initial discussion can focus on your current configuration, data quality, workflows, reporting needs, or upgrade plans to identify a useful starting point.

Is LKN EAM an authorized Octave partner?+

LKN EAM is an independent consulting business and is not currently an authorized Octave partner. Product licensing and vendor support should be arranged with Octave or an authorized provider.

What should we bring to the first discussion?+

Your main operational challenges, current application version if known, the teams involved, and any timing constraints. A detailed requirements document is not needed to begin.
